It is fairly concrete that Bush will win once again. I neither trusted nor liked him in 2000, and my misgivings have been given credence a million times over during these four years. His bullshit lines "Compassionate Conservative" and "I'm a uniter, not a divider," have been misproven a thousand times over...these were outright MISTRUTHS, and yet he has won.

Yes, Kerry is inconsistent at times. Yes, he is "stiff." Still, it was not John Kerry who sent troops to Iraq on the pathetic pretext of "Weapons of Mass Destruction"--I never believed that either--and then had the audacity to make jokes about it at some state dinner. People went to war sincerely believing that they were protecting America from a nuclear and terrorist threat. These trusting individuals died for a lie.

People persist in believing that Bush is "strong on national security." Since fucking when? This year, 3 million illegal immigrants will have skipped across the porous Mexican border. Bush has not done shit to secure our borders, and yet he is viewed to be superior to Kerry on national security. In Iraq, the US military's so-called precision bombings have killed thousands of civilians. Bush has become a fantastic recruiter for Al-Qaeda--their presence was nearly nonexistent before, and they are quite numerous now. Thank you, Mr. Bush.

I never believed that Saddam had conspired with Al-Qaeda. There was never evidence that they had worked together, and anyone who is semi-educated on the region would know that the secular Saddam would not be interested in the highly ideological Al-Qaeda. Yes, they met a few times, and felt each other out, but decided not to work together. Big surprise.

George Bush will continue to relax federal regulations on large companies, allowing them to dump more pollutants into the water. He will continue to chip away at abortion rights by signing insidious legislation such as "Lacy's Law." He will not cease in his push to ban gay marriage, yet paradoxically encourage marriage --for heterosexuals only. Fuck Bush. He is an ignorant ("Do you have blacks too?") arrogant ("Bring it on") and pompous sack of shit. He has fooled many people, but he does not fool me.

I predict that this pig fucker will start at least one more war, likely with Iran or North Korea. He believes in control and intimidation, not in negotiation. He has probably not considered trading with these antagonistic nations. If they were able to better their economic conditions with the fear of being stomped on by the US in a war, they would be far less antagonistic. Mr. Bush has the naive, stupid, and arrogant idea that thrusting Western-style democracy on Middle Eastern countries will actually benefit them. These people have a completely different mindset (and therefore reality) from Americans. Our very culture seems bizarre and barbaric to them, so why would our government appeal any more to them, especially when it is forced onto them?

Bullshit. This administration is total bullshit. I hate Bush, and I can only hope that the Bush-voting Americans will awaken from their stupor and not elect whomever the 2008 Bush darling will be. Well, if it is John McCain, that would be far preferable to Bush. If it is Jeb Bush, I will be tearing my hair out.

What about the third parties, by the way? Ralph Nader was the only one to get media coverage, yet Michael Badnarik was polling high enough in New Mexico to cause Bush to spend extra time campaigning there. If the Democrats had given Badnarik some behind-the-scenes help, Kerry could well have won this race. But nooo, they chose to be cliquish and naive. The Republicans gave Nader both money and signatures, yet the Democrats did not do the same for Badnarik. Shame on the Democrats. They must learn to emulate the Republicans--to be ruthless. They are hard put to win otherwise.

I don't know what to do. I suppose I will go on with my life, doing what is possible to aid others, and I will consider greater political involvement. Yes, this humble individual will work to advance the ideals which the President so pompously opposes. Fuck you, George Bush. I despise you, and I will minutely chisel away at your blathering far-right ideals.
